Seeding Freedom stands with

the People of Palestine

in a Call to End the Genocide NOW

We are calling on community near and far – artists, activists, teachers, mothers, fathers, elders, mutual aid orgs, faith communities, and you – to stand together against the human rights violations, forced starvation, and displacement that are all part of the ongoing genocide of the Palestinian people.

We Stand for the Human Right to Self-Determination

Millions of people in Gaza, of all ages and walks of life, are experiencing forced starvation, being shot and bombed (including while waiting in lines for flour or water because all alleged “aid” has been militarized.), a shattered healthcare infrastructure, the constant assassinations of the Press to silence their voices, the threat of further displacement, and no support allowed to cross the borders. This devastating situation is a test of our collective humanity. The violence against Palestine, a stain on all of our hearts, will continue to escalate unless we understand its connection to our lives here and stand together to stop it.

Aligning with a Global Day of Action

The Global Sumud Flotilla – Breaking the Siege

Attempts to bring relief and support to Palestine have been ongoing, but have struggled to succeed. From the organizers of the Global Sumud Flotilla: “On August 31st, the biggest attempt ever to break the Israeli siege over Gaza will launch with dozens of boats sailing from Spain. Dozens more will join on September 4th, sailing from Tunisia and other ports. We are also mobilizing in more than 44 countries on simultaneous demonstrations and actions to break complicity in solidarity with the Palestinian people!”

Seeding Freedom is a national coalition of artists, activists, and faith communities that stand for the dignity and liberty of all living beings. In this spirit, we are uniting to stand with the people of Palestine and against the ongoing genocide.
